You don't have to be a member of the church to borrow, borrowing is available to the general public you are required to become a library member to be able to borrow. (Membership is free)
Children must be 10 years or older to have there own membership. (Parental authority required)
Parents take full responsibility for anything their children borrow from the library.
Borrowing period is for 4 Weeks.
Borrowers take full responsibility for all items they borrow, damaged or lost items are to be replaced or the borrower in to pay the library the cost of replacement.
